Coaching a team? Get the free season pack

A PDF with a season planner, three ready-to-run practices, a drill library and a player evaluation sheet. The sheets on this page stay free to download.

Free. See our privacy policy.

Basketball stat sheet

The stat sheet has a row for up to 13 players, with made and attempted shots, rebounds, assists, steals, blocks, turnovers, fouls and points, plus team totals. Tally each stat during the game, then add them up after. Ask a parent or an injured player to keep it, so the coach can watch the game.

Basketball score sheet

The score sheet covers both teams, with player fouls, points by quarter, and timeouts. Mark each foul as it's called, so you can warn a coach when a player is close to fouling out.

Basketball practice plan template

Pick one or two things to work on, then fill in each drill with its time and the coaching points you want to stress. Write the minutes first, so the plan fits your gym time.

Basketball play sheet

The play sheet has four blank half courts on one page. Draw one play on each, then copy the page for your players. Need a full court, or labeled measurements? See our printable basketball court diagrams.

Need a place to practice? Find indoor basketball courts, or see court rentals.
